J'S CABIN PROCESS POST #6

The east (back) side of the property has been cleared and the storage building has been moved to the back of the property. They have cleared a drive way back to the building.

J'S CABIN PROCESS POST #5

J's Cabin Property has 3 water gardens on it. With the property not having any maintenance for over a year everything is very grown up. He has been diligently working to get it cleared. These water gardens will be worked on next spring. For now his focus is to get the cabin remodelled and the new addition finished.

Again, his plans are to add a family room, master bedroom and master bathroom to the south side of the cabin.

J'S CABIN PROCESS POST #4

J has been working hard for the past several weeks to get the 2 1/2 acres cleared. The cabin has been vacant for over a year and the property hadn't been maintained. His hard work has paid off. It is coming right along and looking great.

J'S CABIN POST #3

This is a south side view of the cabin. The previous owner had plans to build a big deck. The metal has all been removed and all of it cleared. This will be where the family room, master bedroom and master bathroom will be added. The entrance into the new addition coming out of the living room will be where the big blue square is.

J'S CABIN POST #2

J is totally redoing the front of the cabin to give it a face lift. They have replace the wood in the porch and are working on the upstairs balcony. Here are a few shots of the process of the front. This week they are putting in a new septic aerobics system to replace the old septic.

J'S CABIN PROPERTY

Our brother bought an a-frame cabin on 2 1/2 acres close to a beautiful lake and state park. He has been renovating it during his spare time. He plans to add a family room, master bedroom and master bathroom. We want to follow this process of remodeling and renovating on line. Keep watching for more posts.
